Texas & Midwestern Consultants Company (TCC) has been in business for over 30 plus years providing sound advice and services for those who seek our type of wide-range consulting services.  TCC will look at any project you may have with regards to any business entity.  Once you have submitted a request, if we decide we can assit you, we can arrange free call and if TCC takes your project we can later discuss payment for our service that fits your particular need.  To hold cost down, Besides large contract proposals, TCC also has hourly rates, daily rates, and weekly/monthly rates, depending on the size and scope of the project as needed.  After TCC reviews your request, only then can we determine which rate fits your project cost best.  We will be happy to give you a quote on a rate once we know the scope of your business needs and requirements.

INVESTORS MESSAGE

Texas & Midwestern Consultants Company (TCC) is always searching for new sources of capital to fund projects. TCC always has a need for new investment capital for our clients and their startup projects. TCC at any one time has several projects ranging from new startup companies that need funding either through joint venture partnerships, or different stages of financing to expanding companies needing growth capital.  If you are seeking opportunities to invest in any of our clients projects TCC will be more than happy to work with you on a project of your request, amount and size.  Simply fill out a short email message describing the project(s) you may be looking for to invest in, the size of investment, and your expected risk factor you are willing to accept.  Startup projects may have a higher risk factor, but they typically give better returns on investment. TCC works hard to implement ways to reduce risk and protect our investors on any project and has  a very sucessful rate with new, startup, companies.  But as an investor, only you can decide what risk factor you are willing to take with any investment. 

This type of funding is not to be construed as a "Public Offering."  We only match investor's with clients needs that do not require SEC filing requirements in most cases.  At any time should TCC have a project requiring the project to be filed as a PPO, PPM, SCOR, IPO, other, through the SEC, Any and All "public offering(s)" will meet all Federal and State SEC filing requirements, and will be published as a "NOTICE" and/or a "Public Offering Memorandum" project.

SMALL -   $100,000 to $750,000 ($500K is average)

MEDIUM - $1,000,000 to $5,000,000 ($3M is average)

LARGE -  $5,000,000 and above
